Experience London in 1666 with our Great Fire of London drama workshop for your KS1 pupils. The children will recreate life in Pudding Lane, become the fire as it grows and spreads, meet the famous diarist Samuel Pepys, and debate the rebuilding of the city.
This interactive session offers your KS1 pupils ample opportunity to take on roles and learn about this important historical event through dramatic re-enactment.
Hear from one of the facilitators who delivers this workshop on why they think drama is such a valuable tool for exploring the history curriculum.
We also offer our Great Fire of London session, ONLINE
The children were totally engaged from start to finish. They all thoroughly enjoyed being Time Travellers going back to 1666. We are at the start of our topic and the session has been a brilliant start to this term’s work. This is the fourth time I have booked this workshop for this topic.
