Travelling with Florence to Scutari hospital and role-playing scenes from her life, your class will explore her childhood memories as well as her nursing legacy in this exciting drama workshop.

One facilitator visits your school in role as Florence and takes the children on a journey of her lifetime. Firstly talking about her home and family life, they will go on to learn all about her travels and what inspired her to become a nurse. Using drama activities such as roleplay and tableaux to explore her life and times, this workshop is very interactive. One of the main activities in this workshop involves re-enacting the Scutari hospital, with the children taking on roles such as patients, nurses and even rats!
