Here at Freshwater HQ it is starting to feel a lot like Christmas!

We have got the decorations off the shelf, each day we are opening another door of our Lego advent calendar, we have chosen what we want to eat for our Christmas meal at the local pub and are starting to think about what we are going to buy for our Secret Santa pressies!

And we are also looking back at the Autumn term and looking forward to the Spring term…

Highlights from this term include having a very successful Black History Month bringing these brilliant sessions to over 5000 children,  welcoming a whole host of talented new facilitators including in London, the West Midlands, the South West and the North West, the multi-talented Fran joined our team as our Resources Maker (and facilitator) and we reached lots of new customers via our social media, newsletter and email marketing!

Our Florence Nightingale and Great Fire of London workshops continue to be firm favourites in the Spring term and we are also launching our new Antartica workshop which can be booked from January 2026 onwards. And we are in the process of developing a whole host of new products including a whole school World Book Day activity pack. It’s very exciting!

Oh and did you know…next year Freshwater Theatre Company will be the big 3-0!  That’s right, we have been delivering our fantastic drama workshops and shows to pupils across London and the UK for 30 years!! Watch this space for all sorts of 30 Years of Freshwater news, offers and celebrations!

And as we head into the last couple of weeks of term, we are thinking about all our lovely customers and wishing them a swift end of term followed by a fun festive break!

I cannot wait to get snuggly in my Xmas PJs and watch musicals and Christmas films on the telly. Whatever you do, have a good one and thanks so much for all your continued support and custom. We couldn’t do it without you.
