Our Mission

What do we want to achieve?

– To bring learning to life through inclusive and playful drama experiences which nurture the whole child – supporting their well-being and creativity whilst deepening their connection to their learning.

– To find more opportunities to collaborate with each other and our partners in schools, libraries and other venues.

– To be a respected contributor to the wider conversation about the importance of arts in education.

Our Purpose

What drives us?

– Enriching learning through drama.

– Encouraging self-expression and exploration of thoughts, ideas and feelings.

– Educating the ‘whole’ child.

– Making learning fun.

Our Values

What do we believe in?

– Kindness

We act with care, generosity, and respect, recognising the challenges faced by young people and teachers and the mounting pressures they are under. We are committed to creating a positive and welcoming environment for all.

– Inclusivity

We aim to be relevant and reflect the diversity of the young people we work with. We are committed to a culture where everyone is treated with dignity and respect. We hold high expectations and engage in meaningful conversations – even when they are challenging.

– Collaboration

We are a learning organisation that values feedback from teachers, facilitators, and young people. We believe in working together, sharing knowledge, and building strong partnerships.

– Joy

We bring a sense of fun and creativity to everything we do, ensuring that our work is enriching and uplifting for everyone involved!
