Our boundless astronaut is suited up and ready to lead you on a cosmic quest in this KS1 and KS2 Space workshop!
As potential new recruits for the Space Programme, you will take part in a range of training assignments. First, you will discover what astronauts do to prepare to go into space. You will experience blasting off in a rocket, and then try space walking. Then recreate the first moon landing! Finally, learn about the stars and planets while journeying through the solar system. Will you discover alien life?
Use mime, reasoning, and role-play to complete all the cadet assignments and graduate to become an astronaut yourself, in this out-of-this-world KS1 and KS2 Space workshop!
