Adventures with Baxter Bear

Geography (KS1)

Where in the World is Baxter Bear?

Subject: Geography

Age Group: Early Years (EYFS), KS1

Region: London/Greater London

In this EYFS and KS1 Geography workshop, join Baxter Bear on a world-trotting adventure!

Baxter Bear has lived in London his entire life, but he is keen to discover what the rest of the world has to offer – and you’re going to go along for the ride.

In this interactive drama workshop, Baxter will use his trusty compass and globe to navigate around the world.

Through an array of drama activities, you will sample the cultural delights of France and Mexico and pick up some basic French and Spanish phrases along the way.  Then you will exercise your map reading skills by identifying compass points. Finally, locate countries on Baxter’s globe in this EYFS and KS1 Geography workshop.
