Firstly, using gentle physical activities based on meditation and relaxation, along with a variety of soothing music, you will explore thought processes, emotions, and breathing techniques.

You will take part in a ‘gratitude exercise.’ After that, discuss why and when we can use mindfulness. Before learning the benefits of warming up and cooling down.
